Refund & Return Policy

1. Replacement for Damaged or Misprinted Copies

If your book arrives with transit damage, crushed spine, inverted pages, or missing signatures, we will dispatch an immediate replacement copy free of charge. Please submit photos of the defective volume to ghafbooksandmedia@gmail.com or WhatsApp (+91 62389 70913) within 7 days of delivery.

2. Returns & Cancellation

Physical book orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch from our warehouse. For delivered books, returns in original unread shrink-wrap are accepted within 7 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error was on our part.

3. Digital eBooks

Due to the instant nature of digital files, eBook purchases are non-refundable once downloaded, except in cases of file corruption.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are reversed to the original payment source (Razorpay UPI, Bank Account, or Credit Card) within 3 to 5 business days.
